I'm not intentionally focusing on soy patties, I'm trying most of the non-meat patties on the shelf at my local store. As it happens, most of them are soy-based and, so far, the two I'd buy again are soy. Anyway, after a quick look at the financials, WFDS seems like the better long play in this area. GBUR is just a story stock right now, it takes a really exceptional story to get me to consider going long in the face of continuing loses, GBUR isn't exceptional.
