Thanks for the kind words,Scott. However, as to your comment about holding on despite management, that is precisely the problem. Your reason for holding on is also my reason for holding on, but because of bad management, we are in serious jeopardy of losing our 30% interest in FaLC. I've read the latest auditor's report on KRT and Deloitte & Touche are echoing my sentiments. And I quote... "The Company has incurred losses since inception and has a working capital deficiency of $97,090. These factors create significant doubt as to the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. Further, should the Company not be able to raise sufficient funds the Company will not be able to maintain or complete the acquisition of its resource property interests which would likely result in the interests being abandoned or relinquished for zero proceeds. END QUOTE. I love the property too Scott, but when the Company's own auditors aren't too hopeful of its future, I think this should be taken as a wake up call to all of us. Talk to you later. Ruben
