Sir Larry-- OK, I will try and sum this up but, since I don't have a lot of time to make it short, it will be a bit long. These bashers are obviously disgruntled folks from either LPS or the deal maker that had put together the CSMA/LPS merger back in the fall. They are ticked off because a critical asset of the merger, the Sea Soil funds(which are extremely ill defined) could not pass muster as being owned free and clear by LPS. Because of this "ownership" issue, CSMA canceled the agreement and the shares. First, they attempted to work with a few CSMA longs and scare them into selling. To be sure, some big blocks went off and were followed by sympathetic selling and we now sit here in the twenties/low thirties. After the initial raid in private emails and whatever, they came to the thread and began posting in public. In other words, they used some of our own people to plant seeds of doubt. Now, and this is only supposition, it is possible that some of these folks may have sold some of their shares a bit early and now discover they don't have them. Thus, they are short some shares. Now, if they are in that position, it is to their advantage to drive the stock lower and buy them back cheaper before the stock can turn around on any positive future news such as Envirotec status and the Buffalo Capital merger. .(This is not being said to promote another short squeeze prediction, just to point out one of many issues here) Another explanation is this. If you had been an investor in LPS or the deal maker, you are now out of luck with the cancellation of the deal, right? So, if you were really angry, you might want to take some extreme measures to exact vengeance. Measures like going to the CSMA thread, throwing out some insinuations, yada, yada, yada. Whether or not there will be litigation over this whole issue remains to be seen. For now, these guys are merely trying to intimidate shareholders. They are merely little flies or that disagreeable meal you ate last night...an annoyance and temporary inconvenience. The real damage they can continue to cause, shortrun only, is not through their credibility, since they have none. What I have noticed on many threads is sometimes, the conflicts can turn so many people off, that many just throw up their hands and get out of the stock until everything blows over. Thus, the basher group, even though they may hold an obviously untenable position, winds up getting the edge. People, we just need to ignore these guys and stay focused on what is ahead: Completion of the Buff Cap merger, thereby producing reporting company status, and final work on the Class V well, thereby creating the opportunity to receive Class V waste and major dinero.
