Eric, I have done a little digging on Dunn. I am a little confused as to what exactly MTEI has hired them to do. It seems to me from what I can find that they are a Civil/Environmental engineering operation. Unlike Stagg that belongs to the Appalachian Geological Society, the only references that I find about Dunn Engineers on the net suggest that reserve studies are not their main line of business. I have seen elsewhere that people are urged not to actually phone them, so what does anyone know about them first hand other than these references I have found below? References that I have found about Dunn:WV Projects Bibliography In Mason County2/5/1997 Phase I Archeological Survey of the Proposed City of Point Pleasant Combined Sewer Overflow Project, Mason County, West Virginia.
