Actually, as far as I know, GSTRF has met every technical benchmark on schedule and on budget except for the normal launch delays. In other words, they are successfully doing what they said they would be doing. So, the stock drops 25% for what reason?

I'm not saying the market is wrong (by definition, the market is never wrong). I'm just saying there is a dynamic operating here that I do not understand.

Maybe they should rename the company "GLOBALSTAR.COM". <g>

The trouble is, unlike internet stocks, big profits can be seen beginning only a year from here. <gg>

Actually, I think the fact that the rubber is about to hit the road for sibling stock Iridf may be having a sobering effect.

It's interesting that Loral, which has more earnings projects further off in the future, is now selling for more than Gstrf. Until recently its stock has been well under half of the pre-split G* price.
