John, While you are on sabbatical, here is some research you can do:<<1. Since innocent ol' Arif was hoodwinked by mean ol' Ira, who did all those nasty things, call up HVAR and find out why they hired him. (I bet they hired him because he did an excellent job at FAMH (doing exactly what Arif wanted him to do, which included pumping and dumping.)>> Could be considered by some to be tortious slander. <<2. Find out why shares continue to be sold while people are waiting for the financials. The volume since June 1 is over 9 million. Let's assume 4 million buys, 4 million sells, and 1 million inter-MM trades. Where did the 4 million shares come from? (More dumping by the company?)>> . Daytraders/short-term traders. <<3. Get a pledge from the company that they won't sell more shares in any fluke price rise. Oops, sorry. I forgot, such past statements by them proved false. >> This limits any future raising of funds. If shares are returned by Arif, it may be needed for future acquisitions when all of this crap is put behind us <<4. Since we will never see any financials, you could spend time helping FAMH make up excuses for further delays. >> I bet we will see audited Financials in August. Never say never. >><<5. The IRS pays a reward for exposing taxpayer fraud. Since FAMH has no financials to publish, they can't have paid their taxes. Report them and collect 10%. Even though all of their profits come from one time stock sales and are no help to stockholders, they are still taxable. >>I see that you know nothing about corporate taxation. Issuing stock is not a taxable event. It does not effect the Income Statement, although it does effect the Statement of Cashflows. Even if issuing stock was a taxable event, if they expenses that offset the "taxable event", they do not pay income taxes. Period. <<6. Since the stock is reaching new lows for 1998, research why investors should ignore all the negative technical indicators and donate their money to FAMH by buying shares. >>Technical indicators are useless at this point in time. This is a purely event driven stock. Hopefully, the next event will be good Financials and/or a return of shares by Arif that will drive the stock price up. Technical indicators may be used in more established stocks. Pure reliance on technical indicators is foolish. <<That should keep you busy and out of trouble. >> At least John is attempting to provide new due diligence or reconfirm past-spoken DD from this thread. I am also quite pissed-off at what has transpired the past few months, BUT I am still trying to get additional DD for anyone who wants it. Just don't bash FAMH. Try to constructively accomplish something that can be used by other holders of the stock. Regards, JM2C
