I think you're right - I presume you saw their 8K stmt where their lender is forcing their note at 9Mil plus so that is the kiss of death; however, the fact CCWW retained a new independent accounting firm could be to shift the blame on them or their comptroller (who knows). They did hire a new firm. Yea the large volume really confuses me.

I didn't receive a phamlet like you. Should I call and get one? Does it hint to or really say that serious action will occur. Man, I'm sweating it out. I'm told my a lawyer friend (not investor related) that I can still sell now, take my losses and if a 'cause for action' does occur I am still a part of it. Are you still long on this?
