Bob: that includes $1.8 mil or so for sale of a facility, and a bunch for a one time tax credit, browse through some of my old posts on the AND thread for some overview (admittedly consistently bearish). Also, the Lamar purchase (1.8 million shares, as I recall) and the convertible (2 million shares) have diluted the float by almost 40% in just a few months. You may also want to take a glance at the Yahoo Andrea thread to see some truely wacky rationales for owning this one.
