b.f. The stock is a BB stock. The shares issued were never registered with the SEC and most probably sold under the very loose restrictions of "private placement" 506 shares. The filing of the planned sales sort of covers everyone's rear since the actual sale is exempt from SEC reporting rules and can be made at any time without post sale notice. Thus you have only the verbal word of any of the filers or for that matter non-filers of the 144 stock that no insiders have actually sold any shares. It's kind of like the boxer who is getting the bejeezes beaten out of him and is told by his corner men that the other guy is not laying a glove him. All the poor slob can say to his corner is someone better keep am eye on the referee then because somebody is killing me.

Oh I forgot it's "shortie." If it wasn't so sad I'd be ROFLMAO.
