I still think that the departure of the financial people is at least partially due to the lawsuits and whatever actual manipulations may have formed the basis for these.

Hopefully this does not mean that earnings are going to be really horrible. I sincerely hope that the market has accounted for the worst case scenarios already!

Frankly, I would expect the Controller to leave as well. Typically a CFO wants his "own people" close to him. I would be very surprised if there were not a significant turnover of finance people after a new CFO takes over.
