There is such an office.. Follow this link and scroll down about 3/4 of page. Notice its listing in the directory of voice/fax numbers.

all i know is that the office Ministry of Housing is not on main page like all the others are:

I went through the web page weeks ago and saw little information about housing...no ministry of housing etc. thought that was strange from the beginning. In emailing real estate agents in the market there seems to be upper end housing in the market and little affordable mid range product. This seem ripe for a government program to bakck mortgages and the like. I think the large challenge is to find the Ministry of Home Affairs and Housing.
