Dear Dan; Very good questions, I wonder if you will get an answer. I believe that what Emile wants is to deceive. I am sorry to say it but I cannot relate to any of what he says. I know you as a brother by the love you share with others. I do not see this same love in Emile's posts. Perhaps he will humble himself and clear the air. I would welcome a dialog with him if there was any chance of it being loving. Check out my post to Nancy for the phone number of Shiloh Christian books. Well worth the call to if you are looking for hard to find Christian Volumes. He has so many I could spend all day in his store. Hope you are surviving the heat in your parts. Then the pagan Romans destroyed Jerusalem and killed almost a million Jews. For the next three centuries the antichrist Jews plotted and inflamed the pagan Roman crowds to murdered hundreds of thousands of Christians. Then the Roman gov. got the upper hand and passed discriminatory legislation against the Jews. etc. etc. And you think I started it all. Come on, Dan. I bring this parable of the parody of Shaloms curses to help open the eyes of the blind to their own hatred.. "What do you want?" Truth and Reconciliation. The liberty to speak the truth without being hounded with false accusations and reconciliation with all true Christians. "And IMO your post was not just to "parody". Have I ever demanded that people follow levitical laws or the traiditions of modern Talmudic Judaism? We have bona fide Judaizers on this thread that will bring Christians back to circumcision and the livitical food laws as a form of righteouness. I would strongly suggest that you read the book of Galatians and the entire book of Romans and the 15th chapter of Acts. Any young and weak Christian who wants to follow the Levitical laws and get circumcised should be treated with tenderness since they immature and do not fully grasp the faith. But when those same people begin to organized themselves in a cult and begin to preach that these things are necessary and that the Hebrew language is the only appropriate language for worship, we have full fledged modern Judaizers. Paul condemned these Judaizers in Galatia and he even had to help Peter escape their poisonous influence. These were our holy Jewish Apostles setting up the Christian Church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Easy on the individual young Christians with scruples about what to eat and what to drink, and circumcision and what day to worship but anathema to those who would set denominations to perpetuate this Judaizing.
