Starowl, I don't think the "dearly departed" are "rats." I was referring to the age old saying that you can always tell when an old ship is about to sink, because the rats flee the vessel in advance of the crew even discovering the leak. I remain long ADPT even in these stormy times...Good luck to all of us in the coming months, as things are going to get worse before they get better.

No they have nothing to do with what you describe. But does the phrase (Cook the book ) mean anything to you. That my friend is more serious then what you mention what other officers responsibility of running the company does. Hope the book is more factual then fiction. Maybe that why they are running. I hope I'm wrong we do not need another Cedant Corp. By the way I may sell my adpt tomorrow and buy cedant at least they are not a commodity company. For $16.00 a share I can say I own motels. (G)
