Thanks Rob, for the excellent summary of the conf. call. Question: how would you guage the mood of the analysts and participants? Also you mentioned Goldman Sachs asked a few questions? Any questions for Benjamin at BARS? Mary Meeker of Morgan Stanley? Anyone from the Motley Fool? How Thestreet.com? Were there any questions regarding a breakdown of sales, related to the newly acquired biz? Or projections on CD's vs. books? Any questions on the amortization of good will? Or on how they accounted for the (future) payment of the junk bond debt? The way I read the quarterly results, the 7M in "interest expense" was an expensing of the approx. 12.5 mil per quarter due on the note (an accounting item, not a cash payment), but only for the two months of May and June? Or is the interest payment due to the 8% float fee they owe to their suppliers? When will the 10Q be available online? Does it have to be audited first, or has that already been done?
