DownSouth ... I know about the 15% and I almost posted it...

I refrained because I am sure PS charges a higher percentage.

DownSouth ... Something I read today reminded me I had not gotten back to you

PS used to charge 17% of current list for annual maint. They are now increasing that to 18%. as you may have read, more and more clients are buying long term maint. contracts and locking in prices (obviously at negotiated lower rates).
