Gee, KZAP, now you think David Hayes is holding back on us.

You got alot of friggin nerve, you blow out 100K, post rumors to drive the stock down, so you can buy back at fire sale prices from the poor slobs that bought in to your rumor and you think David Hayes is holding back information.

You disgust me.

And finally, I'm fairly confident there was more discussed that
you choose, for your own reasons, not to share with the thread

What a hypocrite! How can you make that assertion? You have no basis. Not everyone does things in the underhanded manner that you do. Still want to grab cheap shares from your fellow CSMA investors at their expense? Seems that way.

You have no credibility.

David

KZAP,

Yes you are correct, there was a lot more discussed than what I have posted. Such as.

Todays traffic in Salt Lake City with Elaine.
HK describing to me how an oil rig works.
Mike Millis telling me some of the legal guidelines that he has to follow in reference to disclosing information in context of what could be talked about.

I tried to bring it down to a brief synopsis of what I (ME) felt was important to ME. I am possibly a person that gives most people the benefit of doubt. To ME my questions were answered to MY satisfaction, that is why I remain a shareholder. I have said in my post on this conversation that everyone should evaluate their own investment criteria. I do not recommend what anyone should do. I just stated what I would do. As far as picking, I don't know the amount of resources set aside for completion of the Envirotec well. I was told they would be sufficient. KZAP, I don't know of many companies that would divulge the info that you seek. For example with GM on strike and you hold stock in the power company, would you call the power companies CFO and ask him to verify if GM is paying the light bill this month if you were worried about your power companies stock price. Its just an example, don't misconstrue it for something else. I was told they have the dough. I accept what they have told me. I do not ask anyone else to accept what they have told me. As far as trying to determine what is considered inside information and what questions an IR may or may not be able to answer, there are sites that you can visit on the www to help you understand where the lines may be drawn on what questions that you ask may be answered. Surf around a little and see what you find out. I believe also that sir larry, a poster on this thread has also stated that he has experience in this area as an IR person.
