Jimbo,

Just do the math.....

1 Budgets for the first four films are estimated to be about $10mm

2 They have gotten $3.3mm in presales at Cannes with a potential contract for another $4.9mm. This almost pays off all expenses for the first four films leaving a majority of the proceeds to go to the bottom line.

3 If each movie has a medium draw, we can expect $12-18mm in sales.

4) This would put a total income at $48 - $72mm for the first four films.

5 I don't really follow this Alexander Wescott deal too much, but after payment to the investors, GG retains about 72% of proceeds.

6 Say they do a total of $50mm on all 4 pictures, they retain $35mm.

7 There is 90mm shares O/S. With a P/E of 5 (conservative) then the stock price should theoretically be $1.94.

I hope that my methodology is correct and makes sense. If I have erred, I apologize. But it looks like a smoking deal (IMHO)
