Lance then report them to SI and the SEC with a complain but after you complain just ignore them. If it is a team of professional naysayers there is not a whole lot you can do about it but complain.

Once a poster get to be absurd simple type in "Whatever" or "Click ... Next" and go on opinions vary. The intermet is self contained. If real world is in it then the price will hold but all stocks fall back. All this accussing is ridiculous without something solid that can be proven.

SI nor the SEC is going to act on anything without proof. They both are probably bombarded with complains. They both are doing everything they can as quick as they can. Just have to be patient sometimes.

That is like accusing on line posters such as Boob, BigDog, Copia or even TMex of all the nonsense people try to say they are doing. There is no proof unless they confess in Private Message or in the real world. A private investor can buy and sell as they want. They can exercise an opinion under the freedom of speech. Use common sense.

We all have a right to express a concern and the constitution is written to generate disputes. If a stock cannot hold up under a dispute then I guess it did not have solid investors in it to start with.

If you feel you are being duped then just report them and going on with what you have to do. Remember Shorts have to cover at some time. No one can control what a stock will do. No one can always pick winners either.

Innuendoes, Accusations, Character Assassinations, etc. etc. etc. Verbal Warfare on the internet. How massive is the conspiracy? Are there groups that conspire to hype a stock to the moon? Are groups that doubt a stock to the floor? What about motive or ulterior motive?

For about a month or so it has become more and more apparent that the answer is YES. However proving it is another thing. The more the internet learns is the truth of the rules and regulations of the market the more controversy. Freedom of speech is widely mis-used and when it is there is not a heck of a lot you can do about it.

There are a lot of people I suspect of a lot of things. There are adversaries I have that are nothing more than flat out vengeful individuals for whatever the reason. Emotionally driven dragon slayers are the newest breed to stalk the internet. Purpose to character assassinate. People who would be in support of the government or anyone being able to have full disclosure of your private business.

These types are witch hunting to justify why they lost money. Who is to blame? Who is the scapegoat? Whom can we get away with by accusing and innuendoes? Who are the Pump and dumpers? How large is the conspiracy?

There are two sides to every stock, divorce, love affair, etc. etc. etc.. The Pro and the Cons of every single investment or affair. To prevent liable Con is now commonly referred to as nays. We all know now that OTC can be shorted regardless. We all know there are hypsters, front runners, news cheerleaders, along with arbitrageurs, shorters, warriors, con-artists, scammers, paid shills, etc. etc. etc.

Whom do you believe ... Well as people get more and more educated they learn if they cannot verbally defend their investment they are going to have a problem if a doubt touter shows up. The company could be sound and the DD solid but nays work off twisting the DD or even the sly snakes make innuendoes and accusations depending on where they can get away with it. If you are going to invest in the OTC then you have to don a suit of armor because it is going to come.

There are more people that play the downside of the market that the upside.

I have heard the accusations that this poster is paid without on shred of evidence to support it. Nays have a motive also the problem is proving it. Nays though are sometimes just people making a solid opinion of concern, where some are obsessed. If you buy a stock based on your DD then you have nothing to worry about because you will be able to defend your investment with facts.

Now without facts on both ends of the spectrum it is nothing but speculation and opinion until it becomes personal which is typically where it goes to eventually ... is Janice and her group shorters? Well if they are it is legal because some broker is doing it for them or they have an account with a direct link to trade without a broker. Now that is where the mystery comes in because I am ignorant of this particular scenario. Is BigDog or other on-line personalities taking compensation? Without proof it is nothing but speculation and character assassination.

This is getting so ridiculous it is not even funny. If you have been on line for any length of time adversaries are going to come your way. Just part of trading.

This is why I post here and on stocks I like. I do not necessarily own some I talk about but I have a right to voice an opinion. I prefer get the proof myself and exposing the deceptive rodents and snakes on-line. Track posts and collect of you can then make up your own mind. The proper authorities once told me if you got black and white then by all means make a complaint. If you do not then take it to whomever you can get to listen to you.

I do not approve of tactics used by people but hey you don't have to like anything. This is why I just do my thing and let everyone do theirs until they bring to me. If someone is being intentionally vicious then take to SI with the post. If you think you are being duped on either side of the fence then send the proof to the SEC.

If I think a stock is worth something based on verified information and someone does it. Welcome to the war. People hate the numerous posts that mount up on conflict but that is life and your right to debate.

I am not Pro Big Dog nor do I just buy what he recommends nor do I support Janice nor Copia, nor TMex nor anyone else. I just follow my DD and trade based on that DD. The rest just comes with the territory. When you get the proof then by all means share it IF you want to.

Oh and disclosure is up to the company to fully disclose unless you as a private investor make a buy/sell recommendation and were paid for promotion or you take any compensation from a company for promotion.

USE COMMON SENSE ...
