GaBard;

I think what it comes down to is this;

All of us have their opinions, also all of us are vulnerable to being duped by the Companies we buy into. SI from my understanding is for private investors, and I may be old fashioned but to me a private investor is one who purchases stock through a broker and delivers the cash for such a purchase within 3 days to cover the cost of the stock. If I did otherwise I would not be posting on SI.........

One must have black and white proof to accuse another of shady intentions. This is America and their is a thing called freedom of speech. Honest opinions are just that its only when some post negative or positive claims without backup material that it becomes shady on ones intentions. We are all humans and we all have emotions this hyping thing is getting old for myself for I am not aware of a clear definition of what hyping is. I would find it strange for one to talk negatively about ones own investment since they placed their money down for the mere fact of being positive about the stock they purchased but is not that the key when one puts their money on the line.............. Any other transaction may sway ones objectivity of the true assessment of the Company they are involved with.

You may want to read my thoughts on the USBL thread.............

We first must eliminate much of the web (private deals with Companies) before any solution to the overall problem can be resolved.

You stated you bought all your MIDL on the open market. Well I see nothing that suggest otherwise..........

Its even stated in the News Release..............

Investor Relations will be handled out of Atlanta by private investor Gary Swancey who has offered his services free ofcharge. The Board of Directors feels it is in the best interest of the shareholders to accept Mr. Swancey's gracious offer to assist the company during this transition. Mr. Swancey has been in communication with the company almost daily since he became a private investor in October of 1997. He is extremely knowledgeable through his own personal due diligence of the company's history and stock structure.
