Lazarre: You disappoint. I had classified you in a different category from Dragonfly (aka Dragonfraud), Greenpeace and Bateman but I am beginning to think I might have been mistaken. I asked you to answer two simple questions.

First, is there a difference between finding someone guilty in a legal sense and thereby showing something happened and being able to deduce with a great degree of certainty from common sense and logic that something happened? Must facts always be proven only in a court of law?

Second, please tell me how Mr. Starr has dismantled the Bill of Rights, in what manner and when this occurred.

I am genuinely interested in your response.
