Nasdqa up 8.31 adpt dead at 12 11/16 look for this to drop to 8 dollars after closed and earning report I will sell out before the earning news. and short it if the sucker ever has another uptick

Any reason to think they won't announce earnings today? Not trying to start a rumor, just wanting confirmation that by this evening we will have some more facts before us. I assume announcement will be at the close --anybody heard anything about a conference call, or whether we can get in on one?
