Why do you think that RACE is going to file for bankruptcy?

smallstocks:

I hope you have some proof about bankruptcy claims. Not a very good rumor to spread without basis of fact.

You're one of those "buy 'em without lookin' a the balance sheet" kind of investors aren't ya? As of 3/31 RACE sported cash of $3.1 million. Let's assume RACE lost another $2.1 million in the quarter ended June 30th (that's what they lost in the Q ended March.) Let's also assume cash burn continued at around $23,000 per day into the current quarter. We're 22 days in so that's another $500,000 give or take, leaving RACE with about $500,000. The lights go off in ol' San Antone in 22 days.

I expect another idiotic financing to be announced in the very near future. Without more money RACE goes "11" by Labor Day, at the latest.

Well, I was all set to lay into you for posting what looks like your first post here to RACE, but my main man Drakes already took care of that for me. Chapter 11 for RACE is not a rumor it is a pre-ordained fact unless they get some bizarre financing or pull some miraculous sales out of you know where.

...here's a tip, take an accounting class (I know, I know..in this anonymous forum you are an accountant for a leading firm, and have been for 22 years, right?) or at least chill on the posts until you've read through them all.

P.S. Didn't I already tell the thread what I think of Momentum investors?
