Hey Mark, Just swinging by the ELY thread to get a read on the bad earnings and outlook. I know you, and plenty of golfers love the Bertha's, but I don't know a single soul who's bought one this year. Saturation, and yes, now new competition coupled with that damn Asian thing is segmenting and wilting the market (you already know I'm short ADGO). I'm also hearing ELY may not pursue the new golf ball business. Is this true? This looks like a company in retraction mode. If it hits $12, as you suggest (and I agree), and sits there for a while based on poor fundamentals, I do see a buyout as a likely end result. How long before the Nike rumors start again? BV
