Agree! The fact that AMZN decided to get into the already crawded music retail (instead of any other product) itself is an evident that e-retail has limited potential. Selling books online is a good idea but selling shoes online is not.

One question:

The number of customers increased more than the revenue, meaning the order per customer continue to decrease. Meanwhile, percentage of repeat order continue to increase. Do you hear any comment about that in the CC?
