I guess it's how they define institutional. My site says:

"No of Institutions Holding Shares is the total number of banks, insurance companies, or mutual funds with equity assets over $100 million that hold shares of the company stock."

and your site says:

"Institutional % Shares Outstanding Owned This is the percent of common stock held by all the reporting institutions as a group. It is calculated as total shares owned by institutions divided by total shares outstanding multiplied by 100"

IMO my site gives a bigger weight to the term institution, has to have over $100 million.

Your site seems to be doing a calculations based on outstanding shares of the company, sounds a little dilutive?

For what it's worth. When I stated there were no institutions holding the shares and that's what it would take to get the stock over $18. I was refering to a big money large block trading.

Now I better watch what I say no telling what that fortune teller guy might read into it?<ggg>
