he posted the same stuff that he posted on the thread at 4:58 yesterday. His PM to me was at 4:40 contrary to popular belief I am not glued to the screen 24 hours a day. A press release from the company further states that it has already received some six thousand mortgage applications from Belizean citizens and that the Government of Belize has guaranteed these mortgages. The Ministry of Home Affairs and Housing wishes to inform the public that the Government of Belize is in no way associated with this company nor has it given the company any mortgage guarantees. While the Government of Belize welcomes foreign investment, it will give its official approval to an investment project only after it has satisfied itself of the viability and genuineness of the project. The Ministry is not aware of any mortgage applications being processed by this company nor of any licence having been issued to the company by the Central Bank of Belize to conduct mortgage banking. On the slim chance that it is real, would you kindly provide me with your real Email address, not a yahoo, or hotmail, or USA net address. So that I may email you and you can forward this email to me. If you do not comply with my request I hope you realize that you have just done something that is a direct violation the the SEC rules and that you face a fine of not more thane $25,000 and a jail term of not more than ten years or both. If I do not receive the requested email , I will have to report this post to Silicon Investor and the SEC. Since what you have posted has serious implications you will be contacted by the sec. This is not the first time a bogus email was put on a message board. The last one was with sky scientific, and that person did pay a hefty fine, but avoided jail time. The post was subsuquently removed.

If they received them, I would assume that this may have been the way PanAm was aware of it. If this be the case, that may be why there is silence from them, not muddy the waters--let the company respond --officially. IMO WR, Scottoo
