When you call back try to get the name of the Minister of Housing who heads up this dept.
Hell the "minister of Housing" is probably the local banker who has been getting the 15%-30% interest off of the mortgages up until now. Can you imagine how much the local bankers that have been cleaning up in Belize just love seeing prwt show up.
