Oops.. I read the TAVA insider trading chart wrong. Not as bad as it originally looked. Kelsall (CFO) exercised his options for 80,000 shares of stock in Feb, he didn't sell them. He filed a planned sale of 50,000 shares of stock in Feb, and a planned sale of 15,000 shares on July 14. However, there is no record of him actually having sold any. So he should still have his 113,600 shares/options given in the Oct 97 annual report.

Also, Hagewood exercised 35,000 options, filed a planned sale of 75,000 and actually sold 35,000 shares in May. Fallon and Richards both filed planned sales (in March and April) but have not sold to date.
