It would be easy to pay off the Webmaster of a small country like Belize....Some MM calls him up and says: Hey, I'll give you $500,000 American if you add this to your site. The MM stands to make OOOGLES more from the deal, so it is a good investment. The $500K is a retirement fund for the webmaster. It isn't hacking....It's Social Engineering. Say you wouldn't be tempted... I LIKE THIS THEORY. NOW that we supposedly heard from the Belize Gov't and the e-mail is SUPPOSEDLY {not fact} legit--why not this theory. Even if in the end this gets passed off as a mistake--You'll never know.
