You are dealing with a foreign country.You are not going to drag its name around. You advise this msg purports to be from them. Is it true. No. Thank you. Then you say it's false. If it were true, what happened ? I thought we had it all correct. Perhaps, a miscommunication among ministries. You aren't about to say outright:"You screwed up, Belize."Patience, it will all come out

The update seems to be using careful language just in case someone from the Belize government sent the press release. (Due to a misunderstanding or lack of information between ministries) The update does deny the allegations by stating that they are working with the Central Bank and by mentioning that they have been working with the local (Belize) rules and regulations.
