In my experience the patent will be out on IBM very soon(couple of days with the Lowery Patent for instance). You can also get access to the application at micropat.com(I don't remember the URL but I think that's it). My recollection of the abstract is that it was a method of use patent. I would expect(could be very wrong) that most if not all of the claims got allowed. This is my very first witness to the issuance of a "fraudulent patent".....Hi BW! Did they "buy" this one too?
