A new internet brokerage would be ill advised to register in all 50 states. I would not do it if I were I T. The last thing you want is so much business that you can't handle it. SI would be very harsh on any broker whose system could not handle the volume. Then you accumulate bad word of mouth etc. I T will register in additional states as their system can handle it. A good idea not to be in all states.
