The MM's B x A is adjusted by market pressure (mostly). If people are buying at X why would they want to drop the B x A to .25X?

With regard to the technical analysis of the post, I stand by my first analysis. What I see happening here is that some poor schmuck in the web dept does not know what is going on, but is trying best he can to cover his ass. That poor guy has said in emails to several folks that you must call the ministry of housing et al ...Has anyone put out the guidas to make that call? If so, what did you find out? It seems to me that the guy responding to our messages is at a loss as to where this post really came from and so has deligated that responsibility to the folks he thinks probably originated it.
