If he got kicked off why would they let him back on?? And if he was coming back on I think he would use another name. But than if it really is Rosario no telling what he would do. I got a pm from Ros. yesterday saying be bought back in at .053. I don't think he would be really happy about it going down below that. But than this is all LOGICAL thinking and when dealing with Ros. this doesn't always work.
He sorta of Marches to a different drummer if you know what I mean.
