Ed, Can you post a link to the Bloomberg site? As far as your revenue numbers, there is one addition and one important change:

1. Edge revenues are a good bit higher than the 15 million you posted.

2. You left out the Datawave joint venture, I have heard a number of around 10 million for that division.

3. Cyberfax and DCI Europe I am not sure about, but it was indicated in an earlier press release to expect 7 million for the next 12 months from Cyberfax.

If we are not at or over 100 million with Locus, with the growth rates of Edge and Locus, it won't be long. (G)

Hello Ed,

Last I heard, the run rates on EDGE were about double what you had
posted. It will be interesting to see how the financing deal comes
about for Locus. There are many possibilities that range from a
short term loan to equity financing to bonded indebtedness to.....
