Still no one know what we have here!! This is not a Bank this is a Banc With a C . This is a holding company a Banc not a Bank. Your must start to realize we own what they own as share holders. However you can't seem to expect the Company were buying into to give us extreamly minute details of the structuring of all the deals they make. Were out to make money and so is this company we will and alot of it too. You can't go and let the cat out of the bag on every deal until the timing is right or you lose the deal. A few over zealous people here may be the demise that this company or maybe the market makers forsee. I for one see a much increased stock price in the near future. The ECN alone is a gold mine. The Belize deal sounds to me to be complete. If you do some research like the differences and the latitudes that holding companies can go as opposed to normal banks. You will be suprised // and I would not be suprised if this company owns all the land that it is building on in Belize either or has some joint venture with someone who does // Thats where you need to look. Not some government office. Holding companies can structure their deals differently. They are out for the almighty dollar smell that smell its cash and lots of it. When this company gets the Insider Trading completed it will go national with advertising. Then watch that ticker on the Web site. This company is a cash cow!! <PRWT> I'm glad I own it and today I more than doubled my position Clarification is in the works give it some time !!
