i think analysts are concerned that hboc's earnings growth is starting to slow and inmt as a company has not ben managed as well as hboc; this tends to add a lot of uncertainty until hboc can prove that this purchase is accretive to earnings.

Last earning report HBOC SALES grew mostly on a product purchased from IMNT and sold under a label. If so, dont understand why this drop since HBOC could get it on cost price after they own it.
IMNT made profit last qtr and these profits came from selling their products to HBOC.
And after merger all profits will be under one umbrella.Right or wrong?

This reaction to this small acquisition makes no sense.

I hear you! I dont know why investors are dumping this stock. But I really dont want to know. I cant ignore what the market is saying. (HBOC was $38, 2 weeks ago!)
All i know is that I am now sitting on a LOSS. I have sold 1/2 my position. I hope to sell the rest very close to $30. I've had enough!
