It's the same thing all over again. Weren't we hear last year and the year before. hboc picks up a small company and the analysts say they can't manage it. I'm going with hboc management. We didn't get here because the street knows better. imo....

Yeah, I guess that is more or less what is going on. But it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, especially as I lost a bunch of dough today. Are analysts/mutual fund managers IN AN INSTANT better able to assess the effects of the combination (their assessment evidently being that the the combination will be just short of disastrous) than management with MUCH better information and MUCH more time (their assessment being that the combination will increase shareholder value)? Just venting. Thanks for listening.
