Dan,

Do they book the entire 50 bucks at time of sale?

Thanks for keeping a good eye on GTW. :-) Maybe I'll finally make some money on my puts/shorts. I did buy one call though, just in case the saved by the bell buyout goes through.

all,
earnings didn't meet estimates because of traditionally slow quarter is silly. estimates are based on a traditionally slow quarter and they still didn't meet it. take away their little "rent a pc program" and things would be real ugly.

you may/may not be right about avg. selling prices, but the yourware program is no 1000$ computer. at the lowest price(they go from about 50$/mo to 109/mo.) it's a four year lease with a buyout option....even at 50 a month times 48 mo. is 2400.$ 110 is over 5000$. these are very high prices. I suspect these will be a huge positive to earnings and all the other box makers will be selling this way in the future. FWIW I own CPQ
