Could we get a poll here? I'm willing to put up a couple of thousand for an attorney with a solid rep to represent us if others on this and other boards will do the same. I want punishment for the bastards even if it costs me more money.

To suggest that Deborah or Linda do not care if the technology is proven and clinical trials for eventual introduction to the marketplace is the height of ignorance. Both parties in question have a significant amount of time and money involved and would be much richer is the technology is introduced to the world as valid, valuable alternative to standard mammograms. Uncaring, flippant comments such as "maybe this would change..." must come from a very frustrated investor. I, too, am frustrated, but wishing ill on someone is misdirected.
