You don't have a case.Everything they are doing seems to be legal,they are filing the correct forms and going through proper channels.They seem to be very selfish and don't seem have much consideration for the stockholders.I suggest that you call them at 1800-992-9008 weekly and voice your opinion and put the pressure on them.Remember when your dealing with penny stocks it's buyer beware. The only thing thing this company has going for them is their technology.But even when they get their FDA approval,their reputation might come back to haunt them.The reason they are lining there own pockets at this time is because they are hoping for someone to buy them out like Siemans,Johnson & Johnson,GE etc. When talking to Grable a couple of weeks ago this was my personal perception.
