jc, I'm of very mixed feeling. I hope your right and I hope your not. This company needs very badly to be sold. Management has proven over and over that they can not manage. If this IR contract is the prelude to a sale of the company it bodes poorly for the price. The shares represent 13% of the company. In addition the IR firm receives all of the customary fees. I would assume from this that the anticipated price must not have been worth their effort with out the bonus. Fred
