BARBARA: I believe he has a right to post and perhaps his credibility is shot from the get-go, but he does bring up valid concerns we all (SHOULD) have! But for this clown to state nothing has been confirmed, well let me .......get out my BOX-OF-CLUES for you PASTEL, INSIDER TRADING! CONFIRMED!

I can go on if you like?

BARB have you signed up for IS, and if so what is your thoughts, if not why not? I know IS is not attainable in every state (possibly yours) and I realize it's infancy, I just want to know if you downloaded their info and what your thoughts were.

I wouldn't exactly say I was bashing.

When I say that nothing can be confirmed, what I mean is that all we have is a web site called insider trading and pan american bancorp.

We have a corporation record in Nevada that only says that they have filed the intial incorporation records.

No one has been able to find incorporation records affordable housing group ltd.

We have a phone number for PanAmerican Bancorp in Long Island somewhere, but no evidence that this isn't someones apartment or a mailboxes etc.

The whole deal could be legit. They just haven't made it very easy to verify any of this.

People are saying that the belize government site was hacked.

No it wasn't. The webmaster confirmed to several people that the post was official. At the very least it shows that PanAmerican has some loose ends to tie up. At the worst it means that PanAmerican lied to us.

How can we truly know the truth if we can't verify this.

I am sorry if I do not say exactly what you want to hear.

I thought it wise that anyone who may be truly long, might consider selling now at the 4.6 cent range, so that they don't follow it down to the 2 to 3 cent range.

After it drops they can buy in again, and this time buy more shares, thus tieing up even more of the float in "long" hands.

Look at the MM sheet you posted. It is obvious that the majority of the MM intend to drive the price down. Look at their bid prices.

If it wasn't for the one MM you mentioned, would the price have stayed at 4.6 cents today?

How long will that guy keep buying before, he starts selling his inventory?

How long before the others move in, and walk it down?

How about those that want to preserve their investment capital?

What if they are forced to enter a market order in a rush to bail out because everyone else is? A Market order is suicidal, but it gets filled first. What if a market order gets filled by that one Market Maker offering 1 cent?

Are MM above screwing investors in these types of situations? I think not.

Long term, this may, probably , will turn into a good deal.

For now, the whole truth has been clouded.

Everyone do what you will. It is your money. I just thought a new perspective would be beneficial, since many nervous people are unsure of what is happening.
