I rejected it, finding too many detailr re: their business plan missing and believing the basic concept to be weak. Well, I was wrong; the venture's going full steam ahead and it looks like the new company will do quite well! Zapata seems to have more going for it than that group did!!! The big-time consolidation in the internet ISP business has begun.
