Not only unseasoned managers:

NEW YORK, July 23 (Reuters) - Boeing Co (BA - news) plans to make changes to its executive compensation program and is considering a
share repurchase program as ways to return shareholder value, said Chairman Phil Condit Thursday.

''We think that in order to return shareholder value, we need to focus on a number of things,'' Condit said during a conference call with analysts.

Condit said one step was executive compensation program that ''rewards executives only for significant increases in the performance of our
stock.''......

Why don't they focus on building airplanes?
