The S1 will be effective in the next week or so. This means that Rash, Henken, Breda and friends can start selling their shares in the open market. I wonder what 2 million + shares being sold would do to a stock that only trades about 150,000 shares per day.

Look for the hard press positive spin to start from the ABMI gang. Don't be fooled, Henken and friends will be selling their shares as soon as they can. Henken will have one hand on the keyboard touting ABMI while he is dialing his broker with the other hand and screaming SELL SELL.

Take a look at the trading volume over the last few months since Brenda Greer and I got into the stock. Notice the rise in volume from early March. Notice seven days in a row with volume over 1 million shares a day. One of those days in May we almost hit 2 million shares. ABMI will not be held back from future gains by the S1 filing. ABMI will not be held back from gains by M.S.H. or any of the other naysayers either.

The volume will be picking up soon again but the stock won't be selling off because of Jeff henken or Brenda Greer. Ask yourself what is M.S.H.'s agenda?
