"Your comments seem to be at odds with the analyst who all rate it as "Strong Buy".

So, does that mean that CD shouldn't have fallen, because of all the strong buys that were on that stock? I seem to recall OXHP had all sorts of strong buys and buys on it when it was in the 80s.

I have no opinion on, nor have I done any research into MRVC.
