I bought 20 aug30 calls yesterday, hoping for the best. I sold them this morning at cost. why?

Revenues are not enought considering TLC has bought 8 companies
since June 30/97. Comparing Rev/Q2 97 without the inclusion of the revenue of acquired companies is ridiculous, so I'm disappointed.

I read several analysts reports who both had used O/S of 79M and the other 83M O/S in determining their eps of $0.31. I am also disappointed that TLC used a lesser number. What do those analysts think now? So I bolted.

good luck to anyone.
