Charlie,,Good comments. Although I think Bell has a shot for higher take rates

1)ISDN rewards 470,000 ISDN subs

2)It will be interesting to see how aggressively Bell markets this service. They seem interested in market share.

3) Cable isn't really a Small business solution

4) somehow the ISP's have to get in the picture. If the ISP's contract the lines wholesale to retail. They are going to aggressively market(Market share for them)

The take rate is what's really screwing up the short term picture. Maybe we will have a better idea by the Y/e.

Somewhere investment banking is going to have to come in place. They really burned cash this last qrt. I not sure if it was related to the conference plus or DSL?

Charlie, take rate. Assuming a take rate of 5%, we would see 100k modems this year and 250-500K modems next year to BA with revs of 30-60 mill next year, no. The next question would be "how much business BT would be ordering next year and other ILEC's, CLEC's?"

thanks and good luck
