Dear Dave:

My concern is not Digital River. (I'll leave that to DocStone).

I meant to focus on Electronic Arts. I believe they participated with Wave at the E3 in Atlanta in late May. I do not presume that their establishment of a relationship with Digital River has any negative implication for Wave. Instead, I think it illustrates the migration of content from physical shelfspace to virtual shelfspace.

Here's to Wave's supplying the virtual shrinkwrap.
